it is always a tea-time

It's sad, but it is true. it have been only two years until I stoped talking to my old freinds (by talking I mean ICQ or Skype but anyway).
I think this is the most difficult issue, when you are far away and step by step you are loosing common interests, topics and events. A then one day you realise that you have nothing to tell them and barely anything to ask. That is it.
Only one question — why do I keep almost 50 contacts in ICQ? Guess one day I will be able to delete about 90% of them and stop lying to myself.

Oh! One more thing — I have no idea how to find people to read on this web-site. Is it similar to livejournal?
Can i find somebody by just serfing through others friends etc.?
And how many people actually are there?..

Ok, there it is.
I try to improve my English skills really hard, mostly by doing exersices from R. Murphy textbooks, TOEFL, reading a lot of magazines and watching TV. By the way, my favorite TV shows are
1. The Wire
2. House M.D.
3. Friends
4. Six feet under
5. Deadwood (1st season)
6. Extras (1st season)
(if somebody has same interests, he or she is very welcomed to talk about these tv shows)

So, the problem is that I feel a bit embarrased to talk to smb. or to write a letter.
I hope I can change it.
